While our typical minimum investment starts at $100,000, we are open to considering lower investment amounts on a case-by-case basis depending on individual circumstances and project criteria.

Investment Timeline

We typically hold our multifamily properties for a period of 5 to 7 years. However, we regularly evaluate each asset to determine whether extending the hold period would be advantageous based on market conditions and performance.

Capital Preservation

3REI prioritizes the security of the initial investment over aggressive pursuit of profit. One of the key advantages of investing in stabilized multifamily properties (those with occupancy rates above 90%) is the ability to secure permanent, low-risk agency financing. During the 2008 financial crisis, the default rate in the single-family housing market reached 4.0%, while the multifamily sector experienced a much lower default rate of just 0.4%

Each property is held within its own dedicated legal entity, providing a layer of protection that shields you and your personal assets from liability. In addition, every asset is comprehensively insured and managed by carefully vetted property management teams to help safeguard your investment.
